Gasper is a male Umbrella Cockatoo (Cacatua alba) and was born in 2007. Bold and daring, Gasper is always the first bird down off the perch to come and say hello. He is very food motivated and loves to learn new behaviours.

Zuzu is our female Umbrella Cockatoo (Cacatua alba) and was born in 2007. Quiet and Calm, Zuzu is fairly reserved, but very curious and adventurous. While Gasper is coming down off his perch to come and say hello, Zuzu is climbing higher and higher, exploring her new trees and surroundings.

Arvie is one of our 6 Blue and Gold Macaws (Ara ararauna). Born in 2007, he is a bit shy at first, but once you gain his trust, you get to see his quirky side. The biggest explorer of the group, you will find him in a different tree every day. Arvie has bonded with one of our female Blue and Gold Macaws, Lulu.

Lulu (Ara ararauna), is the lover of the group. Born in 2007, she loves to be groomed by her partner Arvie. The trainers can easily tell her apart from the other birds as she always has her soft white under feathers poking through her beautiful blue coat.

Lalo is a male Camelot Macaw, which is a double hybrid breed. He is a cross between a Scarlet Macaw and Catalina Macaw. Born in 2004, he has been paired with Sol, a female Blue and Gold Macaw, for many years. With the biggest personality of the group, he has a lot of character; he is very smart and loves training and learning new behaviors.

Sol is the female Blue and Gold Macaw (Ara ararauna) paired with Lalo. Born in 2003, she is the oldest bird at Dolphin Cove. She is also the largest! She is a very wise, smart and friendly bird. Her favorite thing to do is hang upside down off her perch to say hello to guests walking underneath her.

Bruno is the last male Blue and Gold Macaw (Ara ararauna), born in 2006. He is paired with our youngest macaw, Peque. He has a soft spot for the female trainers and always comes down off his perch to say hello and give them a kiss. He is a clever and handsome bird, with a very charming personality.

Peque, the youngest Blue and Gold Macaw (Ara ararauna) is the female that is paired with the Bruno. Born in 2008, she is very playful and friendly. She has a huge personality and always wants to swing from her tree and into her trainer’s or guests arms.

Luna, the last Blue and Gold Macaw (Ara ararauna) was born in 2003. She is yet to find a mate; however she lived with Lalo and Sol before coming to Dolphin Cove and is still very friendly with them – she even tries to steal Lalo from Sol at times! She is the most independent bird and has bonded with her trainers more than the others. She is the smallest macaw, with the prettiest markings on her face.
